53511 Beloit Wisconsin. Bug Tussle has been down since Saturday morning. It is now Monday morning. I called Tech support and they said they knew about a problem in Orfordville but gave no ETA when it would be fixed. I called this morning and 18 other people were in line. I work from home, so this connection is my life-line. I have not had problems before this.

I have had problems with connection for a month and a half. Wish there were other services available to us out in the boondocks that didn't cost me a weekly paycheck. Service has gotten worse over the years. Sorry Bug Tussel, would not recommend you to ANYONE! Pine River 54965

My bug tussle goes down at least 10 times a day. Sometimes it is a few minutes Sometimes it's hours. Can't count on it running on Saturday or Sunday. 53526 cobb

Its Friday night and the internet is out already. Ever weekend this happens. I've called and left messages with technical support and no one returns the call. I have tried sending messages and no one will reply. When I first got bug tussel it was good, but after a few months it went down hill. I don't recommend this service to anyone. Kewaunee, WI 54216

I'm pleased with Bug Tussel internet service in my area just South of Waupaca, WI. They've been great with troubleshooting and service. Leaps & Bounds ahead of Century Link!!

internet is out again and of course it's Sunday and no one is around Bugtussel to fix their issues. This has been a horribly unreliable service. Out more than not and to date I still have NEVER gotten any credit for the down time like they have said. If you are planning to run a business .... do not use Bugtussel. Your business will suffer

Our Internet has been out 2:00 on March 19, 2023 and it it 5:00 and we still don't have Internet. This is ridiculous!! What service am I paying for when it is out more then it is working? With as many outages we have had since we signed up with you i think you owe us money. Also get some customer service, real people we can speak with, especially on weekends. Wabeno, wi 54566

I inquired why I was being charged more than their online advertised pricing and since then my service has been nearly non-existent. Coincidence? I am frustrated and don't know what other provider to even consider. Customer service reacts as if you're bothering them. Do customers get reimbursed for no internet?? Pine River 54937

54217 Lucemburg, WI very frustrating. I got this service because of limited options in the area. However, this service, is proving to be incredibly unreliable. There is no one after hours for help. Blanket excuses and no compensation for the inconveniences or lost income from working from home.
