Internet down since Sunday. Briefly on today now out again. Last email from Bug Tussle said everyone would be restored by yesterday afternoon/evening. Call if your service isn’t working after restarting your router. After multiple restarts no service and impossible to get through on the phone. SO FRUSTRATING AND STRESSFUL!!😩

Got an email from bug tussel at noon today saying my internet was down. I've been with out internet since early Sunday. Finally got through to tech support after seven calls and they said a core piece architecture was toast. Hinted it may be Tuesday before it's back online. Bug tussel needs to communicate better.

My antenna outside hasn't been working since midday Sunday. Emailed but never heard back. No one was available for Sunday. Today I worked all day call around 3 p.m. and was number 75 in line. Still no call back. So hopefully tomorrow we get something figured out.
