33076 Coral Springs Really wish you weren’t so shit. Honestly I like to root for the little guy but comcast is just better. Outages are so common, my wife has to switch to her mobile hotspot almost daily. Get better or fold. If you weren’t the only viable option I’d have dropped bluestream long ago.

34987 Working from home & not having access to work from the employer since yesterday afternoon until now(1:59 A.M. July 19th)is not acceptable.Blue Stream should compensate all customers affected by this outage.By the way, a $5 credit adjustment will not be sufficient.The customer should have the authority to dictate the specifics.And this is the second time an outage occurred.Only this one went into day 2. Suggestion for Blue Stream:Change your fiber optics. It's effecting consumers and businesses alike

Never had cable outages like the monthly outages blue streams has. People depend on this service they pay for and never accountability in the form of reimbursement but have no problem taking our money.. end your service now this will never end

This is the worst cable company I’ve ever been with! Outages several times a month. Been without for 4 1/2 hours today and I was right in the middle of a test I paid $30 to take and I’m sure I failed because I wasn’t even halfway through. 34987 Port Saint Lucie
