Every since I got the internet it’s been slow i was told I got a good plan but it doesn’t ever work and is always slow of buffering. El Reno Oklahoma

Seminole, OK. 74868 Internet service is really slow and a few times a week we can't connect at all because the download speed is low low that it won't allow Amazon Prime, Netflix, or any of the others to load or run. Almost every movie, regardless of the platform, has buffering at some point. For the amount of money that I have to pay from my fixed income monthly check I would think that I would get better service but I'm told that the package I have is the highest available for my area. I am not at all satisfied with the internet service or the provider
