Service is usually slow and terrible in Letcher county, where I'm from. It's been out all day in Gordon ky 41819. No reason for the outage and no fix time either. It's out towards Kingscreek, but service is fine on Cowan mountain. Idk allot of money for crap service.

Went to Appalachian wireless store. They said that the system is down for one specific "sim card". There are to cards, one for roaming and one for local service. Ther Rep said the one for local services is down at the "company level", not at the tower level. They said we will simply have to wait until they can sucessifully "re-boot" the system for this particular "local sim card". That is all for now.
