The Internet in Cross Plains TX 76443 goes down every day for several hours. Literally every. I've been with AMA tech tell for many years and it was good in the beginning, but the past couple of years it's been getting worse. I think it's time to find a new reliable service.

This is the 4th time this week that the Internet was down. Keep getting told everything is fine. It's not my equipment, yet still no Internet. What's going on. This is how you lose customers.

So tired of being told there's nothing wrong yet there clearly is a problem. It's not the equipment because it's been checked, and I'm not the only one experiencing the same issue. Seriously considering switching to a more reliable provider.

This company must be corrupt. The fact that you can't check on a real down detector site is one sign. No sales pages for horrible slow service. I am pretty sure this company just packages something called internet and sells it to old people because it is always elder family I have with these problems. Such a shame. The people are over charged for 10mbps and still you cannot provide them with this measly service. What a scam.

We are still without internet. It says connected but not to internet !!!!!! If there is no problems why are we having a problem we have not had internet for weeks!!
