DISH Network Outage – Current status & user reports

Dish has green light power but NO SIGNAL PERIOD. Asked for technician to be sent told not one effing avaliable tomorrow Friday July 2 2002. Won't be able to get one scheduled until Tuesday July 5 2022. No credit for outage offered. Was told they are mailing new hopper box and I would have to set up but if that don't work then Dish will schedule technician at thier discretion. Hey Dish your broken junk your guy set up that gets paid to fix said junk. I do not effing work for you nor do you pay me to fix your crap. So basically I will pay full bill for end of June and up to ten days into July. Also will not recieve pay for the two hrs I spent unplugging resetting and every other voodoo trick your guy on the phone had me do to try to fix it. Then when new box comes I get to do it all over again but recieve no pay for my time fixing and setting up your junk. Technician who set up Dish service three months ago said he was having trouble with the hopper and Joey system not communicating took technician 4 hrs in which 2.5 was fighting to get a signal. He was kind but the peeps he was on phone with basically talked to him like he was unintelligent. Move box plug box into a new plug, move antenna on back of hopper ect. I got that nasty treatment tonite by their customer service. Again you have thousands of technicians quit being cheap an pay them. I will be on the phone with lawyer if I have to work again for hourly compensation if I have to do any more walking bending stooping squatting as this is the reason I had to quit working in the freaking first place I'm disabled ! I'm not able do these things! I shattered back an hip not very mobile did you train your customer service reps to ask ppl if they physically can do tasks like that? I will be talking to adukt disability discrimination ppl next about this as well.i actually at one point thought the rep was gonna ask me to climb on roof to fix their signal. So disgusted with Dish Customer service but more disgusted with actual owners and board of Dish arrogance think customer are their employees nope not me I pay you for service not the other way around. I expect answers as to why you think disabled ppl and customers work for you for free. Oh my lawyer will be contacted about this! Very disgusted. What if I had dementia or worse alzheimers or whe chair bound with cereal palsy? Wow! Food for thought?
