I'm in Oneida Co NY and was down for several hours but am now up and running again. Just "revised my payment method" on Amazon, and it worked. (I checked my Providers app as well as the EBT balance phone #. Where they both reported a problem before, both are normal now.) Just a heads up for my fellow NYers. Go! Now!

Cannot check balance on Atlanta, GA 30314. Haven't not tried to shop but won’t waste a trip until I can make sure there are funds.

I've been trying to check my balance for over an hour to no avail. On top of that, I cannot withdraw the cash that was available just after midnight. This is super frustrating to say the least. What a crappy way to kick off the weekend. Smh.???????? Located in: Philadelphia, Pa.
