Everett 98204 everytime I log into my ebtedge app. It says WhiteLabel Error Page. And my card is frozen because I had a bunch of ebt money stole from me and now because app isn't working I can't use my EBT card AT ALL. I. Freaking out please help!.

EbtEDGE app isn’t working and I can’t unfreeze my card. It’s been down most of the day. I freeze my card until I’m ready to use it due to it getting hacked last month and having to report it and get a new card and now I’m paranoid so taking precautions. I can’t unfreeze my card until the app lets me in. Keeps saying white label error. When I call the card it says the card is lost or stolen and won’t let me talk to anyone. Guess it’s saying that bc it’s frozen. North Carolina 27360

I always get my snap benefits on the 8th of the month today is the 8th and I have nothing on my card. I just got approved for recertification so I’m good. So why isn’t my money on my card. what's wrong with the NYS food stamps site, phone #, EVEN CONNECTEBT.COM, an outside site & app can't get my info from my acct for a balance, this is insane & wrong as can be, if they're doing work in the system COOL NO PROBLEM, BUT PUBLISH IT, TELL USERS WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON WITH IT, DON'T MAKE US WALK INTO STORES, FILL OUR SHOPPING CARTS & BECOME EMBARRASSED WHEN OUR CARDS DENIED AT THE REGISTER WHEN WE GO TO CHECKOUT, THIS IS SO U PROFESSIONAL!

Hayward, CA 94541 Last time something similar to this happened I was still able to draw out cash using cash back. It worked however just not thru atms. Idk if anyone tried doing that

California, suddenly not working in second store Friday. Now Monday and can't get anyone to answer phone even when pressing button for damaged card. Suddenly after nearly half hour someone answers then after explaining phone is silent then call again no answer and hold. Where did help go? Unacceptable to leave people in lurch.

Can't pull money out if the ATM it is saying illegal transaction. Wouldn't even let me check.my balance. I know this happened a couple months back as well. Does anyone have any updated info on when this problem will be resolved. 92225 , Blythe
