Trying to activate my pebt card and it keeps saying call back. I got to the change pin a few times and at the very end where it should say pin accepted it says call back later! Like seriously how hard is it to manage an automated system. They should be able to handle the call volume

Here in New Mexico 87502, tried 3 times to use ebt at sprouts, was declined. Just used it yesterday and the balance is available. So is it the store or the card?

It's the holiday season HRA, why this added stress! In NYC no pending,no payment and now online says no active cases after a technical maintenance that was done this past weekend...check your online active status if you in NYC.
