My benefits of 281$ in Philadelphia deposited at 12AM March 2nd and i was able to go to the store and purchase stuff. It was totally fine! Today i wake up at 5AM to see my balance and i am not able to see my balance on the MyCompass App and i even called PA EBT customer service and it asks me for my last 4 digits of my card #. Then it pauses and asks for my full numbers of the card and it pauses yet again and disconnects me ...Im confused? What is going on? This never happened to me and obviously i am not the only one. I should still have at least 240$ in food stamps because i only bought 40$ worth of stuff yesterday! This is really ridiculous! Zip Code: 19111, Philadelphia, PA

tried this morning to call to see if my benefits were loaded and im seeing its down everywhere. even it other states! this is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable to people that really do need groceries for themselves and their children! do better state because this is not right at all

Erie PA I was able to use my food stamps that were deposited on March 3rd around 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., and when I got home and tried to get a couple things at the store around 5:30 a.m. when I swiped my card, it said network error , we tried three separate times

March 03 2023 Rochester NY 14616 (Greece) I called at 3am to see if my food stamps had been deposited which they were available so I went to the store a while later but could not make an EBT purchase at Byrne and Dairy on corner of Fetzner rd and Maiden ln the pos system kept saying “network unavailable” after leaving the store I called the ebt number again and the calls kept getting disconnected. I waited 20 minutes and called again this time it allowed me to put in my card information but then said it could not access my account and disconnected. I have not been able to find any information as to why this is happening but I’ve had issues like this in the past where their system was down statewide and nobody was able to use their card for 2 days

Got paid today. Tried to call customer service. Asked for my 4 digit, then asked for my full 16 digit. Took neither. Tried connectebt.com, to no avail, said the website was down. Indiana 47167

As much money that the Government spends and/or wastes every day, they should've put a better system in place for issues like this. Furthermore, it's sad when there are elderly people, and families with children that depend on the EBT/SNAP PROGRAM to help with their monthly grocery bill.
