Slidell Louisiana 70460 Radiology Dept Slidell Memorial- Oschner Health patients and Dr can not access imaging or get radiology reports. Staff member stated” I’m so sorry but the server has been down all week” CT with Contrast . Oct 2025 still waiting - still no radiology report can be recorded for Dr and patient. Imaging also can not even be seen on my chart. It’s been over a week now
