Been having issues with the internet for a year now. Federal communications act states a consumer should ve recieving 80% or more of the speed they pay for. But instead of receiving 40mbps or higher we have contuously been getting 6mbos or lower to null. Company under the name of pointnet keeps telling us everything is green yet i wasnt born yesterday. This needs to be properly addressed and we need to be getting what were paying for. Hastings, IA
