Belle Chasse LA 70037 Internet phone TV out since 12:40am. Now 2 hours on a Sat.Why? Can't talk to anybody. Tracker services are reporting NO problems. I don't know if I should unplug the modem or leave it be. Very upsetting to be left with no info.I expect to be told what is wrong and when it will be fixed.

My Internet And TV service has been out since 7pm Monday night. Vicksburg, Ms only has 25-30 houses affected by this outage. It’s been 22 hours and still no updates. They stated 24 hours minimum for the repairing. People work from home and the internet is source for making money.

We're small ISP and we have a town of 150 households on a gig commercial fiber that has been down since about 3:30 this morning and I finally got somebody about an hour ago who told me that this was a much larger scale issues than they thought it was at 11. Yet I keep pulling up these pages and say 18t isn't having problems. Where do they get their reporting?
